Finger screens

Finger screens

These are screens designed for the initial classification of moist materials and other materials difficult to screen, such as clay, for example. Finger screens are also used in recycling. Due to the large open space, the finger screens are characterized by high efficiency and the ability to self-clean due to the natural vibrations of the bars.

The screens are made of rod segments embedded at one end in a polyurethane or rubber beam. Due to their construction and the use of abrasion-resistant steel, the finger screens are capable of carrying very high loads. They are perfect for the initial classification of heavily contaminated aggregates and materials. The finger screens are mounted in a cascade to the screen’s cross beams.
